With the 87th overall pick, the Broncos select: Decker

With the 87th overall selection, and (most likely) the final pick for today, the Denver Broncos have selected Eric Decker, a wide receiver from Minnesota. He has good size (6-3), terrific hands, and great route-running ability. In 41 games, Decker caught 220 passes for 3000 yards and 24 touchdowns. Decker was selected in the 2008 Major League Baseball draft by the Milwaukee Brewers, and in 2009 by the Minnesota Twins. Though he comes with injury concerns, the Broncos were certain enough to take a chance on him with their last pick in the 3rd round.

Be sure to come back tomorrow for more information on these new Broncos, as well as coverage of the final four rounds of the draft.
