Josh McDaniels has promoted Don Martindale as the teams new Defensive Cordinator. The position was vacated after Mike Nolan left for Miami. Linebacker Andra Davis has already stated that he would love to have Don as the new DC. Martindale has spent time with the Raiders, and was the Broncos LB coach this past season.After Dan Pees went to the Ravens this was all predicted to happen, now it's official.
