As we continue to celebrate 5o years of Denver Broncos football, here is today's Bronco fun fact:
In 1977 the Denver Broncos had a dominate defense nicknamed the 'Orange Crush'. That year the Broncos' quarterback was Creig Morton, which rhymes with Kyle Orton. The 'Orange Crush' allowed only 26 points in the first four games of the '77 season. Ironically this season in the first four games the defense has only allowed two touchdowns, and only 26 points!

A message from the Grammar Nazi:
There is nothing ironic about this, this is a coincidence.
"Coincidentally this season in the first four games the defense has only allowed two touchdowns, and only 26 points!"
Ok then, Coincidentally, this year the defense is good, and allowed the same amount of points it did in '77. Grammar was never my thing.
